"Not as great as it once was"
I really enjoyed shopping at the Good Club before, as it helped me totally transform our shopping routine and mostly steer clear of supermarkets. But these days, there's hardly any stock. A lot of the items we used to enjoy have been taken off the shelves, and many others are just unavailable. I'm not convinced it's worth keeping our subscription going.

"Out of Stock Issues"
I've been trying to place an order with Dizzie for about 6 weeks, but I've been holding back since 75% of what I want is unavailable (and has been for a while). I reached out via email a few weeks back and they promised they were on it, but every week I check and there's no change. It's a fantastic idea, but if they can't keep items in stock, what's the point?

"Loved it, but now there's no inventory"
I used to really enjoy this website and we quit going to the grocery store for all our essentials. However, in the past six months, the inventory has really dropped, and none of the items we used to order are in stock. I used to have a subscription, but now I just do a big one-time order when we're completely out, 'cause otherwise it ain't worth it.

Checking the site today, I see there are zero grains, pulses, seeds, or flour available. Not sure if this is tied to the switch from Good Club to Dizzie, but that’s when the problems began.

"Awesome delivery experience"
Awesome delivery experience. All items are of high quality. The collection process could use some improvement. After I raised my concern about the collection, a customer service rep quickly addressed the issue and offered an apology.

"Once a Great Club, Now Disappointing"
We primarily use good club for refills and returns to cut down on waste (seriously, what’s up with that silly name 'dizzie'?!). The idea is fantastic, and for the first year, we genuinely enjoyed the whole experience, even with some annoying box collection hiccups. But now, it feels like nothing we want is ever in stock. Month after month, the items we need have become scarce, forcing us to buy them from the supermarket instead, which defeats our goal of reducing plastic use.

We're shelling out nearly £4 a month for the 'dizzie' delivery, but this month, out of our 20+ item shopping list, the only thing we could get was cumin seeds. That’s one pricey jar of spice, being the sole item available from our entire list. If it were just a one-time issue, we could deal with it, but it’s a recurring problem, and it just keeps getting worse. We’re really bummed about it, but we’ll be parting ways with good club since it’s not living up to its name anymore.

"It used to be a 'good club'"
We only use good club (why on earth did the blummin' daft name 'dizzie' get chosen?!) for the refill and return side of things, to reduce our unnecessary waste. Absolutely love the concept and for the first year have really, really enjoyed the whole process (despite some ongoing and pretty irritating box collection issues...). Now however, nothing we want is ever available. Month after month the availability of the things we want to order has dwindled, we've had to buy these things - sadly - from the supermarket instead (in the plastic packaging we're trying to eliminate.

We're paying just under £4 a month for the 'dizzie' delivery but this month, out of our 20+ item (and completely standard) shopping list, the only thing we can get is cumin seeds. That works out as a VERY expensive jar of spice, it being the single item that is available from our whole shopping list.
If it was a one off, fine, but it's every month and every month, it's worse. We are very sad about it but we'll be leaving good club, because it's just not 'good' any more.

Awesome support from the team, the delivery folks are super friendly, and the variety of food is just incredible (way more than what my nearby zero waste stores offer!).

"Two Years of Stock Issues and Lousy Customer Support"
I've been a customer of Dizzie (formerly Good Club) for two years now, and I've really tried to stick with them because I like the idea behind it, but their execution is just not cutting it.

To start, whenever I place an order for multiple items, a lot of them are out of stock, and there aren't any suitable alternatives. This leads to me ordering every few months instead of monthly, and I end up shelling out £40 just for that.

On the delivery side, they do get the items to me, but half the time, the collections are late. They keep using Evri (previously known as Hermes), which is just a pain. My longest wait has been two weeks just to keep a box.

Lastly, when I reach out to customer service about my box not being picked up, there's never an apology. Even when I clearly say Evri didn’t show up, I always get told it must be a label issue. No, they just didn’t come. The fix is to send DPD to pick it up instead. I really don’t get why they can’t just have DPD handle it from the start.

"2 years of 'out of stock' and poor customer service"
I have been shopping with Dizzie (previously Good Club) for 2 years and I desperately tried to make it work because I do believe in the concept but they are completely inadequate at the execution.

Firstly, whenever I have ordered numerous items I have wanted have been out of stock and there are no alternatives which suit. This means that I end up ordering every few months rather than every month and paying £40 for the privilege.

Secondly, they are excellent at delivering the items but 50% of the time the collections are delayed. They insist on using Evri (previously Hermes) despite being absolutely useless. My record thus far is having to keep a box for 2 weeks.

Thirdly, whenever you contact customer services regarding your box not being picked up there is no apology. Despite clearly stating Evri have not turned up I am always told 'must be a problem with the label.' It isn't they ist didn't turn up. The solution is they then send DPD to get it. Why they cannot just get DPD to do it in the first place is beyond me.
